With a history of experience building lasting customer relationships, Apollo has crafted everything from Dream Kitchens to bucket-list experiences like helicopter rides to the Grand Canyon. When he’s not planning your next trip, you can find him exploring Las Vegas with his two doggos, checking off restaurants from his must-try list, or testing the limits of how much cold brew he can handle.

She is our sunny disposition and specializes in family travel (her 5 year old daughter already has five continents under her belt) as well as Antarctica & Safari Travel. With a past life in interior design, Arianna has a discerning eye for beauty. She specializes in boutique properties and custom made itineraries. You will most likely find Arianna taking photographs of design elements at the hotel.

With years of experience in global corporate events, Codi is an expert in the art of turning chaos into a seamless client experience. In her free time, she is hiking the Cascades in Bend, OR with her husband and rescue dog. At a hotel, you will most likely find Codi at the bar conducting quality assurance tests on the espresso martinis.

With a deep appreciation for boutique hotels, off-the-beaten-path experiences, and destinations that blend culture with adventure, Merritt ensures every journey is both sophisticated and stress-free.  At a hotel, you will most likely find Merritt scouting the best kid-friendly amenities or indulging in a well-earned glass of wine.  

With experience at big brands such as Starwood, Hyatt, and One&Only, Samantha has lived and worked in UK, New York, Florida, LA, Hawaii, St. Martin, and Tahiti. Now a resident of Hawaii and California, her free time is spent with her husband and Newfoundland dogs. At a hotel, you would most likely find Samantha checking out the beach or spa.
